Talking about your job or studies

Objective:
At the end of the lesson, students will be able to talk about their job or studies in a basic and simple way.
Materials:
- Conversation cards with questions about job or studies
- Whiteboard and markers
Introduction (5 minutes):
- Introduce the topic of the lesson and the objective
- Have a discussion with the students and introduce the main language they will be using (e.g. pronouns, verbs, adjectives)
Vocabulary (10 minutes):
- Show simple illustrations on the whiteboard
- Explain the vocabulary associated with talking about job or studies (e.g. verbs, occupations, educational levels)
- Have students match the vocabulary with the illustrations
Practice (20 minutes):
- Divide students into pairs or small groups
- Give each group a set of conversation cards to practice talking about their job or studies
- Have the students take turns asking and answering questions
Conclusion (5 minutes):
- Ask the students to summarize the main points from the lesson
- Remind them to practice using the language they learned in their conversations
